The third member of our team is Outreach. She is a 39' Westerly Sealord built in 1983. She has had a long career of introducing adults and children to sailing. After acquiring her in 2006 we put her through an extensive refit inside and out including new deck, new sails, new internal furnishings and lots and lots of varnish....
Her internal layout allows for nine berths split between three cabins but we normally only have four or five on board during a course so there is a lot of room to spread out!
In 2009 the UK Coastguard used Outreach as part of their coastal safety campaign
