Cruising downwind involves a choice of sail - poled out foresail, spinnaker or asymmetric. We will introduce you to the finer points with plenty of tips and tricks to get you downhill quickly and safely. Courses can be run on our boats or as own boat tuition where we can help you get the best out of your own equipment.
